Before You Submit — Common Questions
How quickly will you respond?
WhatsApp: usually within 30 minutes during business hours. Email & contact form: within 24 hours (Mon–Sat). Phone: we pick up during 10 AM–7 PM IST.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Many clients start with "we need a website but don’t know where to begin." Our free 30-minute consultation is designed to scope the project together — no commitment.
Do you work outside Hyderabad?
Yes, regularly. 40% of our clients are across India (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Pune). We work remotely and have delivered to Dubai, Singapore and the US too.
Can we meet in person?
Absolutely. Our Madhapur office is open Mon–Sat by appointment. Coffee and whiteboard included. If you’re outside Hyderabad, we do video calls on Google Meet or Zoom.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. 30 minutes, no obligation. We’ll listen to your goals, suggest an approach, and send a written quote if there’s a fit. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you honestly and may even refer you to another Hyderabad studio.
What if I only need a small change to my existing site?
We handle small edits, bug fixes, plugin updates and speed fixes on our Monthly Care Plan (from ₹1,999/mo) or as one-off tasks (from ₹1,500). Just share the brief.
Prefer WhatsApp? That Works Too.
Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp. Send a ‘hi’ and we’ll take it from there.
