Common Questions About Our Pricing
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Every quote is fully itemised: design, development, plugins, hosting setup, SSL, content migration. The price you agree is the price you pay. Hosting and domain are third-party costs (typically ₹200–500/month and ₹699/year) that you pay directly — we don’t mark these up.
How does payment work?
50% advance to start work, 50% on launch. For projects above ₹1 lakh, we split into milestones: 25% kickoff, 25% design approval, 25% development complete, 25% launch. Payment via bank transfer, UPI, or online invoice (Razorpay).
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, all invoices are GST-compliant with our GSTIN. Applicable GST (18% for services) is added on top of the quoted price unless specified as ‘GST inclusive’.
What’s included in ‘free support’?
Bug fixes, minor content edits, plugin updates, image swaps, form troubleshooting. Not included: new pages, major redesigns, feature additions (these are quoted separately or covered under a monthly care plan).
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. Many clients start Starter, then move to Business when they’re ready for more pages or features. You pay only the difference — no penalty for starting small.
Do you offer discounts for startups or NGOs?
We offer a 15% discount for early-stage Hyderabad startups (under 2 years, revenue below ₹1 crore) and a 20% discount for registered NGOs. Share your pitch deck or registration docs.
